Our restaurant is located in Steenwijk, a city in the peaceful province of Overijssel. There is plenty to discover around Steenwijk. Imagine yourself in nature by cycling a beautiful route. For example, you can do this through the Weeribben-Wieden National Park. This is the largest lowland peat bog area in Northwestern Europe and it is only 10 minutes from Steenwijk! You can also cycle past the oldest monuments in the Netherlands, the dolmens (Drenthe). Giethoorn, also called the Venice of the North, is also definitely worth a visit. We recommend that you rent your own boat and sail through the village canals yourself.
